INDUSTRIAL AIR CONDITIONING

The systems are used with misting enormous benefits for the climate control large environments due to the high performance and low power consumption.
The industrial air conditioning of large areas, including those that operate with doors and windows open to production requirements, appeared until recently impossible with conventional systems.
Today, however, the micro-spray distributed by means of the water fog systems is the ideal solution for cooling areas large (industrial warehouses, garages, workshops) or for dissipate high heat emissions from industrial processes (foundries, machinery). E ‘can also combine the effect of reduction of the temperature with humidity control for increase productivity in specific sectors (paper, wood, textiles).
The water spray system is pulverized by special nozzles patented able to generate very fine droplets, the size less than 10 microns, which are absorbed from the air immediately without wetting objects and surfaces below. The results are impressive.cost of installation and operation, effective immediately,
location of cooling only in areas of interest, possibility of installation in confined areas, semi-open and open.

COST
Important aspect of the Misting costs are highly content when compared to traditional systems of industrial air conditioning.
Energy costs are extremely low and the simple and quick installation seen that the misting systems are supplied in KIT modular, with  distribution by means of flexible pipes and quick connect couplings.
thiese fog systems are designed to operate at low operating cost and with minimal maintenance.

THE EVAPORATIVE COOLING
When a light breeze of wind there touches the skin feel a cool feeling. The air ago evaporate the water particles present on our skin by means of heat supplied from our body.
This phenomenon is called cooling for evaporation or “adiabatic”.
Pressurizing the water by means of a high pressure pump, through the spray nozzles, we are able to create a fog composed of ultra fine water droplets with an average size of less than 10 microns.
These tiny water droplets evaporate, quickly absorb the energy (heat) present in the environment and become water vapor (gas).
The energy (heat) used to change water gas is subtracted environment, hence a lowering of air temperature.
